- Building strong, positive relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of our business centres, logging any defects using our Maintenance Service Centre software.
- Supporting the launch and delivery of new initiatives that maximise the return on our facilities investment.
- Monitoring scheduled maintenance activities to ensure we meet regulatory compliance and keep our people and workplaces safe.
- Coordinating contractors for essential repairs and services, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Minimising unscheduled breakdowns by ensuring proactive maintenance of equipment and plant operations.
- Overseeing contractor performance to ensure work is completed on time, on spec, and to a high standard.
- Managing and maintaining our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all facilities-related activities.
- Providing feedback and solutions to help us exceed key performance targets in the Facilities team.

- Previous experience in a facilities, property, or maintenance coordination role
- Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) practices and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business
- Ability to manage competing demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products
- Trades based background – preferable
