
Customer Service Officer - Federal Government

- Long-term contract in Adelaide CBD
- Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Providing counter/reception support for the local offices
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email or in person
- Managing the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries
- Ensure quality of documentation
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism across all duties and responsibilities
- General administrative duties within the office
- Proven experience in a government department or a similar business environment is an advantage
- Existing Baseline Clearance will be highly regarded
- Previous or current demonstrated customer service skills
- Advanced skills in word processing, Excel and PowerPoint applications
- High level skills in verbal and written communication and able to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levels
