Your expertise will help us deliver on time, manage costs, and maintain high service levels. This role is critical to ensuring our global shipments run smoothly, supporting our mission to improve lives through better hygiene and health.We’re looking for an individual with strong depth of experience and critical thinking skills, particularly around month-end processes. You’ll bring a commercially minded approach and the ability to see the bigger picture, while also getting the detail right. In return, you’ll have genuine support from leadership in an inclusive environment, with clear career pathways to help you grow and develop.What You Will Do:Administer and maintain master rate and lead-time schedulesLiaise with third-party vendors to monitor performance against KPIsEnsure accurate and timely invoice processing and monthly accrualsManage and track global shipments, including airfreight coordinationMonitor and mitigate detention/demurrage costs and shipping claimsTroubleshoot inbound shipment issues and expedite priority deliveriesMaintain shipping data including rates, duties, and costing lanesAlert stakeholders to port delays and service disruptionsDrive process improvements and deliver key logistics projectsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners across regionsWho You Are:You have 5+ years of experience in global shipping and logistics, with a detail-oriented approach that helps you thrive in fast-paced environments. You pair a strategic mindset with a collaborative spirit, bringing both precision and partnership to every challenge.
