This pivotal leadership role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and Client Delivery Executive, with responsibility for strategic direction, operational excellence, leading a high-performing team of SAP specialists, fostering client relationships, and managing financial performance. If you're a seasoned SAP leader passionate about business development and delivering first-class service, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesAs our SAP Practice Manager, you will;

Develop and execute the strategic vision for the SAP practice
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 530+ highly skilled SAP consultants.
Act as the primary SAP Subject Matter Expert for all sales pursuits.
Drive business development by cultivating strong relationships with key Federal Government clients, identifying new opportunities, and winning new business.
Create and present compelling value propositions across FinXL's comprehensive SAP HANA capabilities (Technical, Functional, Security, Data, Cloud).
Ensure the successful, high-quality delivery of complex SAP projects, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, functional enhancements, and managed services. Maintain robust project governance and act as a key escalation point.

What You'll Bring

Experience in IT Professional Services, with extensive experience in SAP solution delivery and practice leadership.
Deep and current understanding of the SAP landscape, covering both ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA, across technical (ABAP, Fiori, UI5, Workflow) and functional modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, PM, etc.).
Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated success in building, managing, and motivating diverse technical teams.
Strong expertise in business development, pre-sales, and selling complex IT solutions, ideally within the Federal Government or large enterprise sectors.
Outstanding client management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, coupled with executive presence.
Direct experience working with Federal Government clients in Australia.
