The OpportunityWe are looking for a positive, motivated and professional Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic front office team at K'gari Beach Resort on beautiful K'gari (Fraser Island). The Guest Service Agent is primarily responsible for ensuring a proficient and genuine customer service delivery to provide an exception guest experience.Our ideal candidate will have previous resort/hotel front desk experience and the willingness to live on island role where you work and live at K'gari Beach Resort. This is a permanent part-time position working across a broad rostering system of up to 76 hours a fortnightThe Benefits - conditions apply

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extraordinarily high level of customer service and work ethic
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a Hotel or Resort environment
  • Demonstrated experience in daily cashiering procedures, credit card reconciliation
  • Knowledge of front office check-in systems
  • Demonstrate the understanding of cultural diversity within the workplace
