Full Time OpportunityQueens Wharf Residences is seeking a motivated and professional Senior Night Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role in one of Brisbane’s most iconic new residential and hotel precincts.About the Role

Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service at the Front Desk.
Assist with training, coaching and supporting Guest Service Agents.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and enquiries with professionalism.
Resolve guest issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Support the Front Office leadership team with daily operations.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Previous Front Office/Guest Service Agent experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
High attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
