AWX is proud to be partnering with a leading quarry based in Townsville , and we are actively seeking experienced Quarry Operators to join the team. These are ongoing opportunities working across material extraction and processing tasks in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. Whether your background is in civil, coal, or hard rock operations , we want to hear from you.Current Available Positions:

Haul Truck Operator (Rigid & Articulated)
Front End Loader Operator (CAT 980 - joystick control preferred)
Excavator Operator (35T-85T)
Crusher Plant Operator
Screen Plant Operator
Pugmill Operator

What You'll Do:

Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently within active quarry operations
Assist with material extraction, blending, and site productivity
Work collaboratively within a small, high-performing team

What You'll Need:

RII Statement of Attainment for relevant machinery
Minimum 12 months' recent experience in a similar environment
Construction White Card
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, physical assessment, and drug & alcohol screening
Strong commitment to safety and reliable attendance
