
HR Operations Advisor

- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with business and HR goals.
- Design and deliver internal communication and cultural programs across all sites (in-person and virtual).
- Coordinate company-wide engagement surveys and analyse data to support continuous improvement.
- Champion reward and recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and DEI activities.
- Maintain a yearly calendar of cultural events, staff communications, and engagement touchpoints.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to support change management and cultural alignment.
- Conduct daily workforce coverage checks for production lines every Monday, ensuring full staffing.
- Monitor rosters and cross-check actual attendance, identifying and resolving potential gaps.
- Liaise with Team Leaders and Supervisors to organise coverage and communicate issues promptly.
- Support urgent shift-filling and reallocation of labour across multiple lines.
- Stay connected with our workforce to understand availability, skill sets, and preferences.
- Assist in maintaining accurate timesheets and roster compliance in line with agreements.
- Provide generalist administrative support to the HR Officers across the employee lifecycle.
- Assist with recruitment coordination (e.g., scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Support site-level reception or office administration tasks as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into HR systems and survey platforms.
- Assist in reporting, document preparation, and internal communications material.
- 3-5 years in a similar role blending engagement, HR operations, and coordination.
- HR, Engagement, or OD experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of fast-paced rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning.
- 1-2 years in high-volume office administration/reception.
- Blue-collar recruitment experience is highly regarded.
- Passionate about employee wellbeing, inclusivity, and building a strong team culture.
- Strong communication skills due to the high amount of cross functional work involved.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
- Builds strong relationships with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in HRIS, rostering, survey, and reporting tools; Google Workspace preferred.
