With a workforce of over 30,000 employees worldwide, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Australian team, based at their Western Sydney head office.With six sites across Australia, this organisation offers a dynamic environment where you’ll support a well-established HR team across the full spectrum of HR functions. You’ll receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to further develop your HR expertise. Reporting to an experienced, down-to-earth HR Director, this role is ideal for a motivated HR Coordinator eager to expand their skill set in recruitment, employee relations, and broader HR functions—gaining exposure to both white- and blue-collar workforces.About the Role:You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
  • Owning the onboarding/induction process for new hires.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records/data as well as conducting HR reporting.
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Managing payroll sytems
  • Responding to HR enquiries & managing a HR inbox.
  • Assisting the HR team with broader HRIS projects
About You:To be successful in this role you will bring:
  • Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator position.
  • Strong drive, motivation, & ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and energetic style with outstanding communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills & skills across the Microsoft suite.
  • Ideally blue& white collar experience.
