- Owning the onboarding/induction process for new hires.
- Maintaining and updating employee records/data as well as conducting HR reporting.
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
- Managing payroll sytems
- Responding to HR enquiries & managing a HR inbox.
- Assisting the HR team with broader HRIS projects
- Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator position.
- Strong drive, motivation, & ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- A proactive and energetic style with outstanding communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills & skills across the Microsoft suite.
- Ideally blue& white collar experience.
