- Develop and implement an end-to-end marketing strategy for Sinch’s mid-market and small business segments, tailored to regional needs and opportunities.
- Create targeted go-to-market plans to drive pipeline growth and client acquisition through digital campaigns, events, and partner channels.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns that align with regional business objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of localized content, including case studies, thought leadership materials, and event assets.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure alignment with business segment goals and deliver strong ROI.
- Continuously optimize marketing programs using insights and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with sales teams to align on target accounts, pipeline growth strategies, and campaign priorities.
- Work closely with global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with Sinch’s broader strategy and messaging.
- Contribute to building Sinch’s brand presence in the APAC region, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels reaching MM/SMB segments.
- Act as the regional marketing expert for products, industries, and trends relating to small or medium sized businesses, providing insights and recommendations to guide the global marketing strategy.
- Develop, allocate, and manage the marketing budget for the enterprise segment, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor spending across campaigns and initiatives, providing accurate forecasts and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing programs seamlessly.
- Provide input and strategy direction to others on marketing approaches for the mid-market and SMB segments
- Provide guidance and support to junior marketers or cross-functional contributors as needed.
- Solid B2B marketing experience, with a focus on APAC markets.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing programs aimed at pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and metrics-driven marketing approaches.
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, and events.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
- Experience with SaaS products or technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).
- Strong project management skills, able to prioritise, organise, and manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to working cross-functionally and supporting sales initiatives.
- High attention to detail and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
