You’ll:
- Take over and grow an SME/commercial portfolio, delivering practical, trusted advice on renewals, claims, and risk management
- Use streamlined digital tools and internal expertise to give clients clarity and confidence—making complex insurance feel manageable
- Work directly alongside the leadership team (including CEO/directors), influencing strategy, supporting transitions and helping shore up the senior bench
- Be a go-to mentor or sounding board for more junior brokers as the team navigates an evolving phase of growth
- 5+ years' commercial insurance broking experience, with comfort managing SME/Commercial portfolios
- A trusted advisor—your clients rely on you because you make coverages clear and act before issues escalate
- Tech-enabled—you leverage platforms to streamline service, not just for compliance but to create client ease
- Comfortable in a flat, high-access environment where leadership is reachable and feedback is direct
