We need a General Manager who can move the needle, drive commercial growth, and set a new benchmark in leadership and results.This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a full service luxury hotel with more than 100 passionate team members and a loyal guest base across MICE, weddings, leisure, and spa. The brief is clear: lift performance fast, grow revenue, and inspire excellence across every part of the business.What We Are Looking ForWe are after a proven hospitality leader who thrives in complex, high performance environments. Someone who can combine strategic vision with hands on execution and has the grit to deliver under pressure.We have had change. Now we want stability and results. This is a role for a GM who does not just keep the lights on but actively transforms a property’s performance. Someone who can deliver a turnaround without losing the soul of the guest and employee experience.You will bring:

Commercial edge – mastery of revenue management, pricing strategy, and driving top line growth in competitive markets.
Proven leadership impact – engaging, decisive, and able to rally teams to achieve big goals.
Full service expertise – deep experience in luxury or premium hotels, across rooms, F&B, conferencing, and spa.
Matrix management smarts – skilled at influencing and delivering results in multi stakeholder, multi site structures.
Growth mindset and resilience – able to navigate challenges, adapt quickly, and keep momentum high.
