The development consent for the operation provides the ability to mine through to 2039. We pride ourselves on the professionalism with which we pursue our goals and our strong links into our community.The RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join the Bengalla Commercial team on a Permanent, Fulltime basis.Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

The annual business plan and regular reforecasting processes
Capital management and providing guidance to internal stakeholders
Leadership of the site Business Improvement function including investment analysis
Business risk management based on value enhancement
Insurance management and co-ordination of renewals
Liaising with senior management team and wider business

In this role, you will also provide Bengalla Mine management with analysis of strategic business options and reasoned recommendations for business enhancement.Qualifications and experienceTo be successful, you will need:

Commercial or Accounting qualifications (CPA or CA well regarded)
Mining industry experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work in a small friendly team
Focus on continuous improvement and value creation
Experience with Pulse ERP and Xeras modelling software is desirable but not essential
