Your RoleJoin our dedicated team as an Accommodation Support Worker, providing safe, supportive accommodation for people experiencing homelessness. You'll work closely with Case Workers to deliver personalised care and advocacy, making a real difference every day.Your ResponsibilityWelcome and support clients with empathy and respectMaintain a safe, supportive environmentAssist Case Workers with tailored client supportConnect clients with essential servicesHelp with daily tasks like meal service and transportKeep accurate records and communication logsYou Will NeedPassion for helping people experiencing homelessnessFlexible availability for rotating shiftsRelevant qualification (Certificate IV or equivalent experience)Understanding of Child Protection and ROSH proceduresStrong crisis decision-making skillsCurrent First Aid Certificate and NSW Driver LicenceExperience in accommodation, homelessness, or hospitalityComfortable with Microsoft Office and client databasesApply NowIf this sounds like you, don't wait - apply now, we are interviewing applications as we receive them.Any queries please contacts Sanat.HewestonWe Offer:
