- Develop and maintain detailed schedules aligned with project goals and contractual obligations.
- Review and challenge contractor schedules for logic, duration, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Support tender evaluations by assessing proposed schedules and methodologies.
- Conduct scenario planning and resource levelling to identify and mitigate scheduling risks.
- Lead planning meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through.
- Validate project assumptions to maintain achievable timelines.
- Monitor progress, identify deviations, and manage changes through structured processes.
- Integrate inputs across construction, commissioning, and interface activities.
- Deliver accurate schedule forecasts and reports to leadership.
- 5+ years in project planning and scheduling, with solid project management foundations.
- Experience in capital projects within mining, infrastructure, or resources—ideally including dewatering.
- Proven ability to assess and improve contractor schedules.
- Strong skills in scenario planning, resource levelling, and critical path analysis.
- Familiarity with tender review processes and scheduling methodologies.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Knowledge of change management and schedule risk analysis.
