- Drive project delivery to ensure outcomes are on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and inspire site teams and subcontractors to achieve outstanding results.
- Promote a positive, solutions-focused site culture.
- Conduct regular site meetings, performance reviews, and on-site check-ins.
- Closely monitor project costs, manage variations, and control expenditure.
- Prepare, submit, and review progress claims and invoices.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies without compromising on quality.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with legislative requirements, codes, and internal policies.
- Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture across all teams.
- Carry out risk assessments and implement proactive safety measures.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, consultants, and all stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress updates and reporting.
- Address challenges head-on and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Keep meticulous project records, including contracts, plans, and correspondence.
- Prepare final reports and smooth project handovers at completion.
