Working closely with our long-standing client, Youi Insurance, you’ll play a central role in bringing high-quality content to life – across editorial, web, video and social – while keeping the wheels of production turning smoothly behind the scenes.We are looking for a confident and capable Senior Account Service Manager to join our award- winning Suddenly team in Brisbane. Working closely with our long-standing client Youi Insurance, you’ll play a central role in bringing high-quality content to life – across editorial, web, video and social – while keeping the wheels of production turning smoothly behind the scenes.Responsibilities:As the bridge between our creative team and our client, you’ll be the go-to person for scheduling, approvals, production logistics and day-to-day client comms. You’ll support our Senior Content Lead and Creative Content Director to make sure every piece of content hits the brief, aligns with our client’s brand and meets the deadline. This is a role for someone who loves both the art of content and the science of process. You’ll manage project timelines, liaise with creatives and clients and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks - all while fostering strong and respectful relationships across the board.● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary day-to-day contact.
● Account Growth: Identify and convert new opportunities in partnership with the Content Director.● Client Support: Provide responsive ad hoc support, resolving queries and ensuring smooth communication.
● Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
● Asset & Documentation Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of project assets, updates, and documentationWho are you?● You’ve got solid production experience, ideally across digital, social, and branded
content
● Proven experience as an Account Manager with a strong track record in business development, driving maximum account growth.
● You’re experienced with tools like Wrike, Google Drive, and content workflow platforms (or quick to learn)
● You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
