Laptop provided (tools of trade)
Hands-on safety leadership across high-quality projects in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs
Flexibility to complete reporting & documentation off-site when needed
Work closely with an experienced leadership team that genuinely invests in HSE

�55357;�56523; What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support safety across multiple live sites
Conduct inspections, risk assessments & audits
Manage inductions, SWMS reviews, permits, and incident investigations
Drive a positive safety culture through mentoring and engagement
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and internal systems (Procore & HammerTech)
Travel between Eastern Suburbs sites with flexibility to work from head office (Belrose) when required

�55357;�56439; What We’re Looking For

Experience as a HSE Advisor / Coordinator / Manager in construction
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation (Class 2 residential/commercial experience a bonus)
Confidence using Procore, HammerTech & Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive communicator who can build trust with site teams and subcontractors
