Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?Our Intermodal team in West Melbourne have a permanent, full-time vacancy for a Warehouse Supervisor where you will contribute to ensuring our warehouse operation is running efficiently and safety. This is a day shift role, working from 10:00am - 6:00pm

Ensure effective communication across inbound/outbound requirements with both internal and external stakeholders
Oversee key process processes including receipts, put-away, picking, wrapping, load creation, replenishment, and dispatch
Monitor stock counts, audits, and inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimising processes and workflows.
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and customer service standards

Prior Warehouse Operations experience within the Logistics/Transport/Rail industry
Proficiency across systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse/Transport Management Systems
Solid understanding of WH&S practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Valid forklift licence (LF) would be advantageous
