Tuesday - Saturday 1:30pm-9:30pmWe’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Operations Supervisor to lead a large team within our high-volume retail distribution centre. This is a hands-on role with real influence — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is ready to drive safety, performance, and cultural change.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of 20–25 across picking, dispatch, and general warehouse
- Run daily huddles and pre-starts to align the team on goals and safety
- Manage labour planning, performance, and site KPIs
- Drive safety standards and lead incident investigations where required
- Engage directly with your team — approximately 40% of your time on the floor
- Collaborate with transport, planning, and other departments for smooth delivery outcomes
- 6+ years in warehouse or logistics operations, including team leadership
- Experience in a retail DC or fast-paced FMCG setting
- Strong communication and coaching ability, with a hands-on leadership style
- Confidence managing safety, operational KPIs, and shift execution
- Comfortable holding team members accountable while building engagement
