Process end-to-end payroll and act as a backup during pay runs
Maintain HRIS transactions and ensure data accuracy across systems
Monitor system interfaces and ensure employee records are complete and consistent
Prepare and review leave accrual reports and assist with adjustments
Compile and deliver scheduled and ad hoc people reports
Support payroll team with month-end and year-end activities
Assist with onboarding, new starter processing, and compliance checks

Participate in system enhancement testing and updates * Ensure legislative compliance and contribute to a safe working environmentAbout YouStrong end-to-end payroll experience with strong understanding of payroll awards and agreements * Interest in systems, data analysis, and process improvement

Experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle (preferred)
Curious, logical thinker who understands the "why" behind processes
