As an Executive Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that shape the future of our workforce through thoughtful planning, capability uplift, and data-informed decision-making. This role supports the integration of workforce insights into business rhythms and helps ensure our people strategies are aligned with evolving organisational needs.You’ll work closely with stakeholders across HR, Crews, and Centres of Expertise to uplift planning capability, embed workforce rhythms, and support inclusive, future-focused workforce development.On any given day you will:
- Lead the development and application of workforce planning frameworks and tools.
- Translate business priorities into workforce implications and actionable plans.
- Partner with HRBPs, Product Owners, and CoEs to align workforce planning with strategic goals.
- Use data and external insights to inform workforce decisions and capability investments.
- Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including integration with broader business planning.
- Build workforce planning capability across the OD Chapter Area and HR function.
- Contribute to talent pipeline reviews and succession planning.
- Collaborate with AI and technology teams to enhance planning tools and insights.
- Have experience in workforce planning, organisational development, or HR strategy in complex environments.
- Are skilled in systems thinking, data analysis, and scenario planning.
- Have a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful workforce initiatives.
- Is AI fluent and brings knowledge of planning tools, platforms, and methodologies.
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping strategy in matrixed environments.
- Have worked with platforms such as Workday, Degreed, or other talent marketplaces.
