A large Federal Government Agency is seeking experienced APS5 and APS6 Business Analysts to join their performance and data analytics team. This team plays a key role in supporting continuous improvement through data modelling, performance reporting, and forecasting. This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful work in a collaborative and data-driven environment.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Extract, analyse, and present data using Excel, SAS, and Salesforce
Build, refine, and maintain complex forecasting and projection models
Produce reports, visualisations, and insights to support strategic decision-making
Interpret performance trends within business and operational contexts
Apply statistical modelling to support performance analysis and monitoring

Essential Criteria:

Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)
Solid understanding of forecasting and statistical modelling techniques
Experience with SAS data libraries and reporting tools
Ability to link data insights to operational and strategic outcomes
Familiarity with Salesforce analytics or other BI reporting platforms
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
