- maintain accurate records and documentation to support project execution and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- ensure data integrity and accuracy by following established systems and procedures for spatial data collection and management.
- work collaboratively with teams across the business and client representatives to achieve project objectives, contribute to meetings and keep Project Managers informed of progress and risks.
- contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture by sharing knowledge, resources and best practices within the spatial services team.
- stay up to date with ESRI solutions, emerging trends, technologies and best industry practices.
- build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- adhere to systems and procedures that drive collection and management of spatial data, to maintain high levels of data integrity and accuracy.
- deliver all project outputs, including plans, reports, and assessments, within agreed timeframes, budgets, scope, and to a high-quality standard.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Environmental Science, Geospatial Science, Spatial Science, Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Data Science, Remote Sensing & Earth Observation, Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
- minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally working with ArcGIS software (experience with other GIS platforms will also be considered).
- solid cartography and spatial analysis skills.
- experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- strong attention to detail.
- ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- flexibility and willingness to travel for professional development or site visits including local, regional and interstate travel.
- proficiency in database programming languages is desirable but not essential.
