Are you skilled in building maintenance and passionate about keeping public spaces safe and functional? Ashdown has partnered with a local government client to help in finding their newest Buildings Maintenance Officer!What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct inspections of buildings and playgrounds
Investigate defects and document findings
Respond to customer service requests
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Manage hazards and ensure safety compliance
Communicate clearly with stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in local government or similar
Level 2 Playground Inspection certification (or willingness to obtain)
Trades or technical qualifications (desirable)
Basic computer skills (MS Suite, reporting tools)
Full C Class Driver’s Licence
White Card
