
Digital Marketing Manager

- Around 5 years' experience in digital marketing with proven results in campaign management and CRO.
- Hands-on experience running or managing multi-channel campaigns, with a strong focus on expanding into new channels beyond Google, Meta, and Bing.
- Strong understanding of analytics and tracking, with deep expertise in GA4 and GTM, including the ability to set up, audit, and maintain tracking frameworks.
- Experience with attribution tools such as Ruler Analytics, and confidence in building accurate reporting from ads through to funded loans.
- Experience managing CRO test implementation and reporting, working with marketing, design and front-end developers to deliver experiments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, or Google Optimize.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence to share results and insights across the business.
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A collaborative approach, working well with internal teams from marketing, design, product and external agencies.
- A positive attitude, with the confidence to challenge and continually improve how we do things.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate within and across teams and functions.
