- Design, build, and maintain custom solutions using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Optimise performance and adhere to Salesforce best practices, including governor limits and secure coding.
- Deploy solutions using Change Sets or DevOps pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Gearset).
- Collaborate with admins, BAs, and testers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing; escalate defects and track resolution.
- Support automated testing using tools like Selenium, Provar, or TestComplete.
- Validate security models (roles, sharing, profiles) and test data integrity in sandbox environments.
- Work within Agile delivery teams and participate in sprint ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Write and execute manual test cases for new functionality across Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud.
- Build and optimise multi-step customer journeys and automations using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Script and personalise email and message content using AMPscript, SQL, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
- Configure data extensions, segmentation rules, and contact model integrations with Salesforce CRM.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce development, configuration, or QA roles.
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
- Experience in Omniscripting
- Experienced with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and scripting (AMPscript, SQL, SSJS).
- Familiarity with testing processes and tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Provar, Selenium).
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimisation skills.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Administrator
- ISTQB or Salesforce Testing Certification
