- Conduct QC checks and testing across production to maintain food safety and compliance.
- Lead projects that enhance processes, supplier standards, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain product specifications, recipes, and nutritional panels.
- Train and mentor production teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Leads audits, CAPA, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Solid experience (at least 3 years) and knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC/SQF, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Hands-on QC and laboratory experience within food manufacturing.
- Analytical problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in recipe/specification management and data-driven quality reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field; HACCP/Quality certifications highly desirable.
- A good understanding of the dynamics of a family-run business.
