ABOUT THE COMPANY.My Client is an emerging Civil Contractor that has been in operation for over 10 years who has positioned themselves as one of the best in their industry. They have continued to grow year on year due to their success in delivering projects for some of the most reputable Developers and Builders. They specialise in large scale bulk/detailed earthworks and subdivision projects ranging anywhere from $1m - $10m. This is a newly created position and will play a big part in the future growth of the business.ABOUT THE POSITION.Reporting to the Director, you will be required to develop tenders through first principle estimating for projects valued up to $10m. This is a permanent position that will provide outstanding career growth potential.DUTIES.

First Principle Estimating
Quote preparation
Tender submissions
Attending tender meetings
Negotiations
Assist the growth of the Estimating division

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will ideally have:

Relevant tertiary qualifications
First principle tendering experience
A strong background in estimating for earthworks or residential/industrial subdivision projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
