ABOUT THE COMPANY.This respected organisation has been a leader in Sydney’s commercial new build, fitout and refurbishment market, successfully delivering award-winning design and construct projects valued up to $20M. Renowned for building strong client relationships, they continue to secure a steady pipeline of projects within specialised sectors. Due to recent growth, they are now looking for a Junior Estimator to join their dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of upcoming commercial projects across NSW.ABOUT THE POSITION.This role will see you working alongside the Estimating and Sales team while managing full-cycle estimating tasks that contribute to winning tenders and securing new work. With structured training and ongoing guidance, you will play an important role in supporting the company’s expansion by assisting with the successful conversion of key commercial projects.DUTIES.

Prepare detailed tender submissions
Estimate costs for fitout and refurbishment projects
Develop cost plans
Prepare and review scope of works
Liaise and negotiate with subcontractors
Assist with pre-tender planning
Compile BOQs
Collaborate with the team on project programming

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
Proven experience contributing to successful tender outcomes in the fitout/refurbishment sector
Minimum 1 year in a similar estimating role
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
