As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a Junior Estimator to join their collaborative team and support the tendering and delivery of future commercial projects throughout NSW.ABOUT THE POSITION.As a Junior Estimator, you will work closely with the Estimating and Sales teams whilst taking ownership of end-to-end estimating responsibilities to support successful project tendering and acquisition. With ongoing guidance and support, you’ll play a key role in the company’s continued growth by contributing to the securement of strategically important projects.DUTIES.

Prepare tender submissions
Estimating projects
Cost Planning
Scope of works preparations
Subcontractor negotiations
Pre tender planning
BOQ's
Work with the team to plan programming

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
Demonstrated ability to win commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
1 year experience in a similar role is essential
Strong written and verbal communication
