- Driving consistency and quality across à la carte, functions and event catering
- Designing seasonal menus that bring the Med to the West (with your signature twist)
- Coaching and developing your brigade, you're hands on, present and invested
- Managing kitchen costs and hitting targets, without compromising on flavour or flair
- Proven Head Chef or Senior Sous experience in high-volume Mediterranean or modern European kitchens
- Confidence managing a large team and high-pressure service
- A calm head, strong palate, and natural leadership style
- Solid experience with kitchen financials, stock control and labour costs
