About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Research Analyst to work closely with key GSM academics. Based at either Shoalhaven or Southern Highlands Campus, you will lead desktop research to identify high-growth rural regions that align with areas showing strong potential for medical workforce attraction, retention, and development as well as assessing the capacity for hospital and community-based student placements. Your findings will directly inform strategic planning and decision-making, while also supporting and advancing the School's rural mission.About youYou'll be suitably qualified in a relevant field such as demography, human geography, health-services, or a health-related field, along with experience or an equivalent combination of education and /or training. Skills in statistical analysis and literature review are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to research projects.
