- Booking and managing all travel arrangements for the team and coordinating meetings, internal conferences and presentation preparation.
- Generating, consolidating and reformatting monthly reports as well as preparing and updating training decks, meeting documents and business plans.
- Managing digital filing systems and general administrative processes.
- Liaising with internal departments to handle stock inquiries, boutique stock analysis and CRM support.
- Researching the luxury market and supporting sales and customer account strategies.
- Coordinating store maintenance including after hours requests and arranging required maintenance.
- Helping with system audits, policy rollouts and ongoing administration for retail operations.
- Supporting administrative tasks for marketing, retail and wholesale teams when they are out of office.
- Background in administration, office management or team support so you can hit the ground running.
- High energy with strong organisational skills
- Confidence juggling shifting priorities and last minute changes
- Experience managing calendars and coordinating travel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support busy teams
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience coordinating data reports or internal communications
- Willingness to learn about the luxury retail industry and product
- Team first attitude with no ego and willingness to do what's needed
