An exciting opportunity has become available for a Finance Analyst to support the Supply Chain & Operations division. Working closely with senior leaders across both Australia and New Zealand, you will play a key role in driving commercial insights, strengthening financial discipline, and enabling operational effectiveness. This position is based in Melbourne and offers a hybrid work model with flexibility to work from home.Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and logistics teams to provide commercial insight and financial support
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making across the supply chain
- Analyse key value drivers to improve operational and capital efficiency
- Support continuous improvement in financial controls and compliance
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Provide ad-hoc commercial analysis and advice to senior stakeholders
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Big 4/mid-tier chartered environment, making your first move into an industry role.
- CA or CPA Qualified (or near completion)
- Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain clients will be highly regarded however not essential
- Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills, with the ability to distil complex data into clear insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with strong accountability and resilience
