Managing retailer accounts, from on-boarding to post-launch support.
Maintaining data integrity and contact schedules.
Delivering retailer training programs and supporting success initiatives.
Building positive relationships with stakeholders.
Monitoring progress and providing support to the Digital Channels Team.
Contributing to effective decision-making and customer service delivery.

About You:

Background in E-commerce, Customer Service, Account Management and On-boarding.
Strong customer service skills.
FMCG industry experience is a bonus.
Versatile, easy-going, and outgoing personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
