The Role:Seeking a Engineering Manager (Hospital Engineer) in Melbourne (Inner Suburbs) to manage the delivery of maintenance and minor work projects for a major organisation in the Health Care Industry.The Engineering Manager is the face of Engineering Operations and is responsible for maintenance and minor projects across a critical site.You will be responsible for managing a small team of trades, contractors, and maintenance coordinators.Client facing role, ensuring contractual obligations are met.Skills and Experience Required:

Holds a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
Prior experience in operations
Demonstrate leadership in promoting a safe and compliant environment through adherence to company policies and procedures
Possesses 5-10 years' experience in relevant industry e.g., Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Hospitals, University, Government, Defence etc
2+ years' Hospital or Clinical Research Establishment facilities experience
