- High volume helpdesk style roles where you’ll manage 30–40 calls or 50+ emails per day.

- Learn systems quickly (bonus if know Valeo, Oracle, or Chris21).
- If shortlisted, you will be invited to an Assessment Centre, where you will participate in a behavioural interview and various skills tests.
- Successful candidates move to reference / screening checks and
- As roles become available, offers of employment will be made.
- Successful applicants must obtain a SAPOL clearance or General Employment Probity Check.
- Shared Services SA covers all screening costs.
- All applicants must hold current Australian work eligibility (more than 6 months validity if you are on a Visa).
