As a WeightWatchers Coach you will be responsible for creating an inclusive, in-person community through facilitating a customer-focused workshop centered on wellness and building healthy habits.The LocationThis job opportunity is in the Brisbane Bayside area for workshops on weekdays am/pm and Saturday mornings with the potential to grow your hours in our lines of business with the Company!What you’ll be doingDelivering Workshop experience (facilitating and coaching) - providing supportive Wellness Check-in; delivering the workshop topic in a fun and engaging way; utilising facilitation skills to keep the discussion relevant and flowing; creating a safe space; celebrating member successes; supporting members to build healthy habits; creating supporting members to set actions for the coming week and; delivering an effective new member orientationDriving member recruitment and retention - delivering consistent on-brand member experience; driving member referrals; developing personal connections with members; engaging in WW community both through social media and Connect (WW’s in-app social media platform); performing member care tasks weeklyMaintaining and increasing product sales - tailor recommendations of WW products and offerings and drive sales, seeking to understand member needs and pain points and using your knowledge to help build healthy habitsCommunity involvement - Be a WW brand ambassador in the local community; attracting new members and representing WW in local events if requiredConducting Orientation - You will conduct new member orientations to ensure new members understand the current WW program and start immediately on their wellness journeys.Who are you?If our Company’s purpose: to inspire healthy habits for real life, appeals to you, and you want to use your experience in helping to shape the future of WW, then read on…A WW Coach must :Be a strong facilitatorEmpatheticBe comfortable with rapid changeHave strong coaching skillsHave excellent time management and organisation skillsHave a strong business acumenHave excellent listening and communication skillsBe tech-savvy across various tools and platforms, including G Suites.There is a need for WW Coaches to store and transport WW products and equipment.
