- Design and develop CAE managed courseware and training materials
- Participate in review of training content to ensure adherence to development standards and requirements.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and report any issues arising within the schedule
- Collaborate with colleagues in sharing expertise and monitoring performance in tasks.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience
- Training or qualifications in the development of computer-based training
- Demonstrated understanding of ADF training policies and procedures
- Experience with Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools
