Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite for training, then 1 day per week in office (extra days optional)About the Role Join a dynamic and supportive team as a Service Centre Consultant where you’ll act as the first point of contact in a high-volume, customer-focused IT service environment. - Serve as a single point of contact for IT-related issues and service requests
- Apply your troubleshooting and decision-making skills to resolve technical problems efficiently
- Adhere to established processes while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with hands-on experience in a service centre
- A growth mindset and the resilience to thrive in a changing environment
- Strong ability to listen, follow processes, and resolve issues effectively
- Exposure to large-scale IT systems in banking or insurance (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with ITIL V3 principles
- Working knowledge of Unix, Windows 10, Cisco, and Office 365
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules and occasional Saturdays (1 in every 9 weeks)
- Initial schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes 15-min and 30-min breaks)
- After training: Rotating between:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1 rostered Saturday every 9 weeks (with the following Friday off)
- No overtime or Saturday penalties
