- Develop and execute digital content plans (paid, earned, owned) aligned with brand strategy and performance KPIs.
- Deliver best-in-class content across websites, email, and social media for Retail (B2C) and Foodservice (B2B) brands.
- Inspire creative content ideation and manage production of photography, video, motion graphics, and email copy.
- Coach and lead the Content Specialist in social media management and community engagement.
- Manage Simplot's brand presence across social platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Hootsuite.
- Assist with execution of paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and email platforms such as Pardot.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio) and refine strategies
- based on insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, activation, and design teams to ensure content alignment.
- Manage internal approvals and ensure content meets brand and regulatory standards.
- Build strong relationships with agencies and media partners and stay informed on digital media innovations.
- A Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Communications or Marketing.
- Experience using online platforms, content formats, and digital tools such as Canva and Tribe.
- Familiarity with email marketing and platforms like Pardot (desirable).
- Strong ability to budget, prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A solid understanding of digital analytics, with hands-on experience using tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta
- Business Suite, Facebook Ads, and Talkwalker.
- A customer-first mindset, with experience developing strategic social media content plans and managing best-in-class content creation.
- A proactive approach to emerging digital trends, technologies, and social media best practices.
- A collaborative and empathetic working style, with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building positive relationships internally and externally.
- Key strengths in conceptual thinking, problem solving, written communication, and timely decision-making.
