An exciting opportunity to work within a large, sought-after telecommunications organisation, with a high rate and long contract length!Your Role:As the SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will deliver high-impact solutions for clients.You will apply your expertise in a strategic, client-facing role where you will be the force behind meaningful change.Your Duties and Background:

You will act as an advisor, taking ownership of client projects from the initial discovery workshops through to final deployment
You will be responsible for translating business requirements into solutions within SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off
You will be involved in designing systems, managing configurations, and leading client-facing presentations and training sessions
You will build strong partnerships with stakeholders and deliver solutions

Your Desirable Criteria:Ideal experience and qualities within-

Experience with the full implementation cycle of SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off - hands on experience configuring and implementing
Experience of combined technical and functional experience within the SAP SuccessFactors
SAP certifications in both Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off
Understanding of core HR and payroll business processes to effectively translate client needs into system solutions
