An exciting opportunity to work within a large, sought-after telecommunications organisation, with a high rate and long contract length!Your Role:As the SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will understand the expert configuration of payroll systems.You will apply your technical skills to solve critical challenges and translate complex payroll rules into precise system configurations.Your Duties and Background:

You are a practitioner who knows the system inside and out
You will use your ability to configure SAP Payroll components
You will translate business requirements into wage types, schemas, and rules that ensure the accurate payroll for thousands of employees
You will optimise the Payroll Control Centre (PCC) and fine tune the system
You will implement solutions and ensure configuration and performance

Your Desirable Criteria:Ideal experience and qualities within-

5 years + track record working as a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consultant, with focus on the payroll module
In depth understanding of Australian payroll laws, awards, compliance, and regulations
Skill and expertise in configuring the SuccessFactors Payroll module, including wage types, schemas, payroll rules, and other components
Experience using and optimising the PCC to improve payroll operations
Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex, technical payroll issues within the SAP system
