We operate more than 200 services across Queensland and Victoria, supporting families, youth, and the elderly through aged care, housing, and community services. Your Impact:As a key member of our People Services team, you will:
  • Manage workers compensation claims and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate medical assessments and return-to-work programs
  • Provide expert advice to managers on injury management and compliance
  • Identify risks and escalate issues to ensure early intervention and safe recovery
  • Generate reports and recommend improvements based on data trends
About you and what you will bring:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or relevant field
  • Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certification
  • 5+ years’ experience in claims or injury management
  • Strong knowledge of workers compensation legislation (QLD & VIC)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
