Please visit our website:Job DescriptionOur role as Project Managers is to provide support to senior internal team members and be the conduit between commercial developers / end users and their consultants and contractors and other various stakeholders. We aim to manage project programme, budget, and quality of delivery to facilitate the best possible project outcomes.Our team is looking for a project manager to deliver a mix of Commercial Developer and Government projects:
- To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to medium and complex projects.
- To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Manage all aspects of the project and both the internal team and consultant team to deliver quality outputs on time.
- Manage commissions, cashflows, budgets plus assist with resourcing and superintendent recommendations.
- Responsible for end-to-end service delivery of complex, and interesting projects (with support from internal senior management).
- To assist with development of budgets, will manage complex stakeholder arrangements, manage and assess tenders, co-ordinate contractors and consultants and will get to take ownership of the projects you deliver.
- To assist with client relationship management and business generation as part of the wider team.
- Strong stakeholder management
- Manage builder procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Act as Superintendent under relevant building contracts.
- Manage the design process for architectural, structural, and services.
- Drive program, budget, and quality control to meet the company's high standards.
- Establish and implement best-in-class delivery systems and processes.
- Build strong industry relationships with builders, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- 5+ years' experience from a client-side project management consultancy.
- Construction project management experience across commercial occupier projects
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification related to Construction Project Management
- Planning and managing quality, safety, health and environment issues on projects.
- Risk identification and management.
- Managing the change control process.
- Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
