CGC Recruitment are looking for a Leading Hand Carpenter to join one of clients based in North Sydney. They have projects starting now on the North Shore and Northern Beaches.They have been running for nearly 10 years and work on projects from $3mil to $20m on New Builds of Renovations. You will be working in a close knit team where everyone works together to get the best results for the client.Responsibilities

Lead a team of carpenters and apprentices on-site
Interpret complex architectural and construction plans
Deliver high-quality framing, fix-out, and detailed joinery
Coordinate with trades and subcontractors to maintain timelines
Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient worksite
Maintain exceptional standards of finish and craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5+ years of carpentry experience
Crane Ticket Beneficial also
Proven experience working on luxury or architect-designed homes
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent eye for detail and pride in your work
Cert III in Carpentry
Vehicle and tools needed.

Remuneration
