We manage the entire building process in close collaboration with leading architects and interior designers. Our team of experienced Carpenters play a vital role in the successful delivery and completion of each project, with a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, and site set-out.With new projects in the pipeline, we are looking for dedicated and experienced Leading Hand Carpenters to join our team.About the role _

Support the Site Foreman by leading and mentoring a team of carpenters and apprentices, assigning tasks, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and driving site productivity.
Execute high-quality carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of project timelines and the coordination required with other trades.
Accurately interpret and implement site plans, construction drawings, and scopes of work.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, subcontractors, and the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and materials to support efficient site operations.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications/Certificates _

Experience in high-end residential projects
Cert III Carpentry
Drivers licence (own vehicle)
White card
Tools
