Develop, configure, integrate, and customise ServiceNow applications
Collaborate with analysts, researchers, and designers to deliver solutions
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow modules and integrations
Provide advanced technical support, bug fixes, and root cause analysis

Key Criteria

Proven experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions using best practices
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator plus at least one Implementation Specialist certification in relevant workflows
Strong collaboration skills and proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps
Ability to monitor system health and address issues proactively
