You’ll create connections with our team and customers, build trust, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their pet parents.Your Role:As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to manage and maximize the overall success of the store. You’ll help create a customer-centric environment, achieve sales budgets, deliver consistent store standards, and manage costs. About You:

A leader with a hands on approach
Have a natural love for animals and people, and passionate about retail
At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer
Have strong retail management/ supervision (or similar), with a minimum 1 year experience in management
Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on team engagement
Friendly, patient, and eager to develop and train team
Organised and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving KPI’s
